18ct White Gold, Diamond & Tanzanite Ring

This 18ct white gold, diamond and tanzanite cocktail ring features one cushion cut tanzanite, weighing 5.30ct. It is surrounded by a halo of oval and brilliant cut diamonds, with a total weight of 1.58ct. This includes 84 0.005xt, 12 0.007ct and 12 0.009ct white diamonds (Colour G, Clarity SI). 

The official birthstone of December, tanzanite is the blue and violet variety of the mineral zoisite. It is remarkably rare, with the only known source being a 5km strip of land near Mount Kilimanjaro in Northern Tanzania.
