18ct White Gold, Diamond & 26.51ct Tanzanite Drop Earrings

These 18ct white gold, diamond and tanzanite drop earrings were custom made for a Matthew Ely client. They were handcrafted with 84 round brilliant cut diamonds, weighing a total 1.8ct, and 2 Asscher cut blue tanzanites, weighing 26.51ct. 

A relative newcomer to the gemstone community, tanzanite was first discovered in 1967 by a Masai tribesman in the Merelani Hills of Tanzania.
